Thanks for shopping with Queens Quinoa. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All replacements are at the sole discretion of Queens Quinoa,  upon due verification and confirmation carried out by the team.


  1. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, Sale items cannot be refunded.
  4. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 


  1. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  2. Refund Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


  • Eligibility for a replacement will only be considered in case you have received a product that was damaged in terms of packaging. 
  • In case you are eligible, the product should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. 
  • Additionally, your item needs to also have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid). 
  • In case you are eligible, we will send you the replacement unit in 8-10 working days.


  • All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.
  • In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for a replacement if found damaged or unfit for consumption.

The customer would be duly informed via email about the date of the pick-up. They are expected to keep the products ready so that our delivery team can collect them at the earliest.
