In a small saucepan, combine the quinoa flakes, water, and almond milk. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and let the quinoa flakes simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the quinoa flakes are cooked.
In the meantime, in a separate saucepan, combine the blackberries, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it is hot and fragrant, but not boiling.
Once the quinoa flakes are cooked, stir in the stewed blackberries and let the mixture sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
