- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

- Fresh blueberries

- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
Combine the cooked quinoa, frozen blueberries, banana, almond milk, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
Serve the smoothie bowl immediately, and enjoy!
Note: If you prefer a thicker smoothie bowl, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender when blending the ingredients. You can also adjust the sweetness of the smoothie by adding more or less honey or maple syrup, depending on your preferences.
